What Are Steico Protect Wood Fibre Insulation Boards? Steico Protect, is a natural wood rigid fibre insulation board with a tongue and groove profile manufactured in accordance with EN 13171. Steico Protect, is designed as an external sheathing board for timber frame constructions and is able to accept specialist ‘direct render’ systems.
