We use a computer package to analyze traffic to this web site in order to understand our customers' and visitors' needs and to continually improve our site for them.

Online Enquiry Forms & Online Orders
Additional activities on our site require you to disclose personal information. Our online enquiry forms ask for information about you. We use this information to help deal with your enquiry and find out some basic information about you and your enquiry. Unless you so desire we will only contact you regarding your initial enquiry and no further contact will be made. Please note that any online orders are transferred to a separate Burdens web site for processing through World Pay.

Subscribing to Additional Features
From the enquiry forms page you then have a couple of additional options. Entering a password in the form allows you to become a regular user. Regular users would not then have to fill out basic contact details when sending additional enquires.
Finally there is an option for updates to be sent to you on new products, newsletters, and special offers. If you do not wish to be sent further information please deselect the box.

Disclosure of Personal Information
We do not currently share information with any of the other Burdens Family Businesses at this moment in time. We may introduce you to other Burdens offerings through Burdens Environmental news if we believe it will be of interest. We may share customer information with service providers to conduct business on behalf of Burdens Environmental. This includes, but is not limited to: Credit card authorization and processing companies, customer service providers and shippers. In short we will not share your information outside of the Burdens Group of companies or companies that are involved in the processing of enquiries/orders.

When you submit any form on Burdens Environmental, we use a secure server. The secure server software (SSL) helps protect your information as it travels over the Internet by encrypting that information before it is sent to us. We have also implemented industry-standard security mechanisms and procedures to protect data from loss, misuse and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration and destruction.
